REFUND POLICY

I. This policy sets out the return policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Luna Muñoz.

II. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions it was when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. 

III. If the item you purchased is faulty or it doesn’t work properly, or if you think it doesn’t correspond to the item description, please, before requesting a refund, contact us within seven working days and we may be able to solve your problem as soon as possible.

IV. In case you would like to return a product you purchased, please send an email to luna@casachinchilla.com within seven working days from the purchase, and inform us about the reason of your refund request.

V. After that, please send the product you want to return to: Luna Muñoz, Avenida De La República Argentina 13, 2º 1ª, 08023, Barcelona (Spain).

VI. We recommend you to ship the item by certified mail and keep the receipt until the end of the devolution process.

VII. If the customer wants to return a previously purchased item, shipping costs must be borne by him/her. L.M. will take charge of such costs for the devolution and change of the product in case it was damaged.

VIII. If a discount was applied at the moment of purchasing, L.M. will only refund the actual amount paid.

IX.  If the item purchased was in the sales, L.M. reserves the right to accept or not its refund. If you have any doubt please contact us before purchasing.
